- Provide support in professional consulting services for new business incorporation, and application of relevant working passes.
- Paperwork regarding Employment pass application and appeal, S Pass application, Work Permit application and other related pass application, appeal, and renewal.
- Prepare and review appeal letter and other supporting documents regarding Employment pass application.
- Handling administrative work on adhoc basis, depending on client's requirements.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients mainly in English and Mandarin
- Supporting and maintaining company's expenses record for quarterly GST reporting.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a diploma
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries(CEI) holder is preferred.
- At least two (2) years of working experience in related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, able to speak Chinese/English fluently and communicate with Chinese/local smoothly.
- Meticulous, efficient and able to work independently without supervision.
- 5 days week (10am to 5pm), with 3 days working in office and 2 days WFH
