Responsibilities

  • Assisting with monthly updates.
  • Settlement of progress claims, progress payments, and finalize project accounts within stipulated time frame.
  • Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers and tracking of material costing.
  • Actively liaising with stakeholders (customers, vendors, subcontractors, project staff, and etc.)
  • Reconciliation of invoices and handling of supplier queries.
  • Following up on receivables.
  • Assist with ISO’s audit documentations.
  • Assist with compiling and submitting of documents
  • Participate on improvements to workflow and process flows.
  • Monitor training course dates for site staff.
  • Assist with upkeep, maintenance, and review of project budgets.
  • Providing administrative support and any ad-hoc requirement from superior


Requirement

  • Experiences in the construction industry will be advantageous
  • Diploma or Degree in Project Administration/Management/Engineering or related work experience
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
  • Computer literacy in MS office
  • Excellent spoken & written communication skills, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work independently and have a results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
