Responsibilities
- Assisting with monthly updates.
- Settlement of progress claims, progress payments, and finalize project accounts within stipulated time frame.
- Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers and tracking of material costing.
- Actively liaising with stakeholders (customers, vendors, subcontractors, project staff, and etc.)
- Reconciliation of invoices and handling of supplier queries.
- Following up on receivables.
- Assist with ISO’s audit documentations.
- Assist with compiling and submitting of documents
- Participate on improvements to workflow and process flows.
- Monitor training course dates for site staff.
- Assist with upkeep, maintenance, and review of project budgets.
- Providing administrative support and any ad-hoc requirement from superior
Requirement
- Experiences in the construction industry will be advantageous
- Diploma or Degree in Project Administration/Management/Engineering or related work experience
- Fresh graduates will be considered
- Computer literacy in MS office
- Excellent spoken & written communication skills, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work independently and have a results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
