Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full sets of accounts.
- In charge of month-end, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
- In charge of correctly preparing government and state tax documentation.
- Manage monthly accounting and depreciation transactions.
- Prepare management reports and all other accounting reports.
- Oversee daily cash flow activities.
- Work closely with the Finance Department, Project Management and Cost Control Department.
- Provide supervision to junior finance staff.
- Manage audit-related issues from corporate tax agents, government agencies, and external auditors, including creating audit schedules.
- Ensure that all accounting practices adhere to the company's requirements and finance policy.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 5 – 7 years’ experience of accounting experience, preferably with 2 – 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Prior knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting System will be an added advantage.
