Our client, a well-established Retail Chain, they are currently expanding and looking for a few openings for their outlets to join their team.
They are seeking for a proactive and dynamic Store Manager to lead a team of sales associates and ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and support in day – to – day operations of the store (Cash protection, loss prevention, inventory, manpower).
- Achieve store sales goals.
- Creates a high energy, sales and service environment within the store by conducting constructive feedback with regards to sub - standard performance for the store and staff.
- Consistent managing physical store environment to ensure that visual merchandising and store maintenance standards are met.
- Providing training and coaching on product and customer services to sales team.
- Dealing with any customers enquires and complaints.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O ’level or equivalent required; a degree in business or retail management is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, such as assistant manager or supervisor roles, is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years in retail industry with minimum 3 years in the Store Manager role. Understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, merchandising, and customer service principles.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Adaptability to changing circumstances and multitasking, effectively.
