- Basic $3200 - $3750 (Depends on experience)
- Mon - Fri; 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Working location: Lower Delta Road

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small customer services team.
- Handle customer issues and complaints.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors, including key carriers, to enhance services.
- Drive top-line growth through retention, penetration efforts, and business development.
- Regularly review and optimize business processes and customers' SOP.
- Review service experience, discuss improvements, and build relationships for business growth.
- Audit responsibilities for filing and updating customers' and suppliers' records in iFMS.
Job Requirements:
- Min. general degree or professional diploma in business / sales & marketing / logistics.
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience leading a team in the logistics industry.
- Proficient in Portnet is an advantage.
- Pass Singapore Customs Declaration Test is an advantage.
