RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of social media platforms
- Creation of contents for social media (eg taking of lifestyle photos, video taking & editing)
- Assist in conducting influencer campaigns
- Assist in conducting in-store advertising, promotions and set-ups
- Assist in conducting customer surveys and analysis
- Lead design interaction and collaborate with colleagues of the desired plans
- Conceptualize and create POPs such as posters, banners, website materials, social media materials, visual merchandising and press releases, etc. to achieve objectives.
- Liaise and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and ensure all collaboration and promotional work are properly executed
- Assist in store opening display and implementation of visual displays in all Singapore stores
- Prepare communication materials as per needed and maintain the brand's image according to guidelines for internal and external communications
- Support customer service and online shop platform activities
- Perform other duties as required by superiors
