Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in project planning and project management
- Coordinate with the main contractor and consultant and monitor work progress and schedule
- Liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers, preparation of all project costs, process project claims, and monitor project budgets
- Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections
- Monitor daily work activities of the various subcontractors to ensure proper adherence to job site safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor and inspect work progress for quality control and quality assurance; identify and resolve problem issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the team to fulfill all requirements and expectations during testing and commissioning with a consultant.
- Assist the Project Manager and other project team members to close out a project for handover with OMM and as-built documentation submission.
- Proper upkeeping of documents & uploading them into the server.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent)
- Experiences in HVAC are advantageous
- Able to work independently
- Entry levels are welcome
- Proficient with Microsoft offices and other basic computer skill
