1. Job Description
1) General office administration and business support
2) Manage and maintain a record of the office’s assets and licenses
3) Collect outstanding invoices and make a plan for the payments
4) Manage company account transactions on a daily / monthly basis
5) Make the monthly payment records and report to Head Quarters
6) Prepare GST, CIT report to IRAS
7) Apply staff new/renew visa and follow-up the visa issues
8) Maintain employee records and update employee’s particular
2. Qualification
1) Korean Speaking
2) Good in MS office (including Excel)
3) Bachelor’s Degree in B.A or Accounting is preferred
