Contract: 6 months (extendable for another 6 months)
Working Location: Nearest to Harbourfront MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours
Job Descriptions
- Organising and minute-taking for meetings, managing public enquiry mailboxes, and dissemination of official documents to relevant stakeholders)
- Manage the logistics and organisation of key engagements (e.g. forums and consultations) with stakeholders
- Support the team to perform simple quantitative and qualitative analysis of data
- Support the team to update the division’s website(s) to ensure information is up-to-date;
- Support smooth running of telemedicine e-training course (e.g. registration of users, handling queries from users);
- Support the team to track deadlines, deliverables and milestones, ensuring that project timelines are adhered to;
- Support the team to design communication materials (e.g. infographics)
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Diploma in any relevant field.
- Experience in performing administrative duties such as coordinating meetings.
- Good in analysing data using Excel.
