Job Description
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Information Security Technology domain with at least 8 years in Cloud environment preferably Azure.
- Managing cloud migrations (primarily M365 and Azure) and network upgrades through all phases including scoping, design workshopping, schedule planning, implementation, and project closure.
- Defining project objectives and success criteria. Managing project scope, risks, and changes. Identifying and resolving project issues and conflicts.
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. Coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders and team members
- Strong knowledge on Azure AD Architecture and maintenance, Knowledge on O365 IAM, Knowledge on Active Directory Sites and services including cross-forest Users/Mailbox/Profile Migration. Working experience on Exchange online migrations for Hybrid and Azure AD Joined EUCs.
- Good experience on integrating applications Modern authentication protocols, knowledge on Azure AD App proxy, experience on MFA, creating Conditional Access policies, experience on DNS, DHCP SMTP.
- Knowledge on Microsoft PKI Technologies, Knowledge of Implementing Managing Upgrading ADFS. Modernize on-premises security tools integrated with Active Directory.
- Windows PowerShell for automation of day to day administrative and Office 365 configuration tasks with SharePoint Online and OneDrive configuration
- Reporting on project progress to the customer, project team, management and relevant vendor partners where required. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers in preparing of SOPs.
- Collaborate with transition and internal team for optimizing infrastructure and deployment of new technologies.
- Participate in escalated incident management and solving problems in a cross-team’s environment during migration and implementation phase of project.
- Troubleshooting, identifying, and documenting root cause and other projects and tasks as required. Develops and document processes, procedures, standards and guidelines relating to areas or tasks assigned, and to continuous maintenance.
Requirements
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in Windows Servers engineering with a focus on On-Prem Servers, Azure AD and O365 infrastructure design and implementation.
- Synchronization of users and groups from Azure AD to Azure AD DS including OU architecture to support AD consolidation.
- Experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS/Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and Storage Technologies. Group Policy Object migration to support workstation and server policies.
- Build and configuration of Migration Manager for Active Directory. Investigating and confirming the “latest and greatest” features of the Azure cloud platform and ensuring that best practices are followed by project engineers when deploying solutions.
- Migration of workstations/servers from the on-premises AD domains to Azure AD DS, Azure AD IAM and Configure Azure AD SSO using Modern auth protocols -SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, Manage Azure AD permissions.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the IT team and with stakeholders from other departments.
- Good understanding of IT workflow (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of PowerShell and JSON/MCSE/MCSA/VMware/Azure 104/Azure 400 certified would be advantageous. ·
- Azure /M365, PMP certifications preferred.
