- Administration & execution of monthly payroll in a timely manner and other related activates such as Tax Clearance, income tax submission and CPF submission.
- Generalist function that covers HR Administration, Payroll, Recruitment, Leave Administration and Training.
- Monitor all HR related matters and ensure that HR practices are compliant with MOM regulations.
- Work-pass related matters such as application, renewal and cancellation including Spass
- Manage Foreign workers matters including accommodation & any HR related matters
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records and documentation
- Process staff/worker training applications and filing for training grants
- Timely submission of legislated leave claims (Child Care, Maternity, IR21 and NS Claims etc.)
- Assist in processing medical / insurance claims.
- Manage & communicate with relevant authorities & government departments such as MOM, NEA, MTI, MOH, etc in matters relating to HR & Company
- Strong knowledge on the procedures of recruiting foreign employees and Singapore employment regulations.
