Personal Assistant to Family Office (Orchard Area/5 days)

Tempserv Pte. Ltd.

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support and handle personal matters for the Director and family.
  • Run errands and ad-hoc duties as and when required.
  • Co-ordinates the Director and family personal matters including flights, housing and all other matters assigned from time to time.
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including official correspondence, memos and presentations.
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Support and coordinate meetings and travel arrangement.
  • Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Prefer 2 or more years’ of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.


5 days work (9am-5pm)
