Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment process of open positions;
- Partner with hiring manager to shortlist, arrange and conduct interviews;
- Provide feedback in hiring decision;
- Execute sourcing strategy;
- Ensure accurate data reporting and update recruitment tracking file in a timely manner;
- Involve in process improvements and other HR initiatives;
- Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum with Diploma in HR or Business Management or equivalent;
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, either agency or in-house;
- Preferably have the experience in the financial industry;
- Mature, proactive, take initiatives to drive his/her own success on the recruitment activities, good organizational skill and able to work independently;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with potential jobseekers of all levels, both written and verbal;
- Able to maintain confidentiality;
- Contract or Full-Time position(s) available.
