Learning Experience:
- The Programme Assistant will have a broad exposure on key issues concerning race relations and avenues to strengthen racial and religious harmony.
- The Programme Assistant will be exposed to daily operations of a non-profit organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Programme Assistant will work closely with our Programme Managers and assist in:
- event management which includes site recces/management of online platforms/tools, preparation of publicity approaches and materials, social media engagement, registration tracking and monitoring, preparation ofprogramme materials, sending reminder emails and details of event to participants, feedback evaluation and reporting, logistics planning and general administrative duties.
- national level initiatives working closely with government agencies and community stakeholders
- ensuring smooth running of initiatives
Requirements (Field of Study/Specific skills/Personal traits):
