Temp Admin Assistant (2 to 3months)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support
  2. Filing, photocopying, scanning & faxing of documents, etc
  3. Manage admin duties such as data entry, email, preparing & issuing of invoices, etc
  4. Any ad-hoc duties, support and other general administrative works assigned by superior


Job Requirements:

  1. Minimally GCE ‘O’ levels or Diploma in any discipline;
  2. No experience are welcomed, must be hardworking and willing to learn
  3. Meticulous, systematic, neat and organized;
  4. Ability to handle data entry job, process requests timely and accurately;
  5. Keen to learn and possess a proper work attitude.
  6. Bilingual – English and Chinese
  7. Positive attitude, team player, committed and responsible.
  8. Able to work in fast-paced environment
