Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support
- Filing, photocopying, scanning & faxing of documents, etc
- Manage admin duties such as data entry, email, preparing & issuing of invoices, etc
- Any ad-hoc duties, support and other general administrative works assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Minimally GCE ‘O’ levels or Diploma in any discipline;
- No experience are welcomed, must be hardworking and willing to learn
- Meticulous, systematic, neat and organized;
- Ability to handle data entry job, process requests timely and accurately;
- Keen to learn and possess a proper work attitude.
- Bilingual – English and Chinese
- Positive attitude, team player, committed and responsible.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
