Responsibilities
- Execute and assist the HOD in the product sourcing strategies to achieve economic-of-scale
- Manage products and services life cycle from start to end, from concept, to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally end of products and services life
- Ensure cost optimisation by managing inventory, COG and implementing pricing strategies.
- Keep abreast of the market trends and respond appropriately with forecasting of the future needs or trends.
- Manage supplier relations to build mutually beneficial partnerships and collaborations.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing
- Preferably with 2-4 year of relevant experience and at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in managing a small team.
- Keen interest and knowledge of lifestyle trends
- Able to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure
- PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, time management and negotiation skills
- Meticulous, time management and decision making skills
