Job Title:
Customer Care Specialist
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails, addressing general inquiries, complaints, service requests, and troubleshooting.
Manage daily cash collection and coordinate technical service appointments.
Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely customer responses.
Perform administrative tasks including preparing quotations and processing bills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Undertake other assigned ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' levels & above.
2+ years of experience in Customer Service.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
A team player mindset.
Additional Information:
5.5 days work week: Mon-Fri (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), Sat (8:30 am to 12:30 pm).
Location in the East, Payer Lebar
