Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and accounts support
- Data entry, scanning and filing of documents/accounts
- Assist day to day operation of work in the company
- Perform proper filing of documents for record keeping
- Cash Book and Bank Reconciliation
- AP & AR inclusive of issuing of invoice and purchase order
- Inventory, journal entries, General Ledger
Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- Knowledge of Accounting software (MYOB) and MS Office skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, results oriented and able to work independently
Mon-Fri = 9 AM - 6PM
