Business Development Manager (Office Furniture)

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with prospective businesses regarding their office fitting-out plans through cold calling.
  • Explore new business opportunities by establishing relationships with real estate agents, building managements, etc.
  • Oversee client accounts concerning their office fitting-out needs, coordinating with a team of designers, quantity surveyors, and project managers to secure contracts.

Requirement:

  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor degree in any field
  • Possess 3 to 5 years of prior business development experience in a related industry.
  • Previous experience in commercial office settings, interior design firms, or office furniture is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing business accounts.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
  • This role is based in Singapore.
