Job Description
Customer Service and Admin
• Attend to jobseeker enquiries and facilitate appointment bookings including – verifying and creating new or follow-up appointments, managing their profiles in the system and making outbound calls to confirm appointments
• Perform jobseeker profile management in system
• Assist jobseeker in filling up relevant forms and customer satisfaction survey
• Data cleaning and entry functions into system
Events Support
• Assist with registering jobseekers for event
• Support outreach activities within the vicinity of career centres
• Help out at events within the cluster, whenever needed
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor
*To be deployed to cover frontline duties when needed (e.g.: F2F over a counter involving mostly with Jobseekers over registration for Job Fairs, verification of application forms, etc.)
Requirements
- O Levels and above qualification
- Able to converse in English & another 2nd language
- Customer service experience as role requires dealing with challenging situations
- Meticulous, independent and a team-player
- Digitally savvy as required to handle various systems
- Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Willingness to be externally deployed for events or cover duties at various locations
