Requirements

1. A minimum of 3 years of proven and relevant working experience is required
2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
3. Project management expertise
4. Strong inspection and quality control skills
5. Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
6. Budgeting and financial management proficiency
7. Problem-solving skills with a focus on addressing renovation and construction defects
8. Competent in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup
9. Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
