Job Overview:
As a Tech Recruitment Consultant, you'll spearhead our business growth by driving our recruitment and outsourcing initiatives. Your role will be crucial in forging robust partnerships with both new and established clients, expanding our professional network, and identifying and evaluating candidates to meet the dynamic needs of the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propel our business forward by executing strategic initiatives and fostering client relationships.
- Cultivate and expand our network with professionals across the tech industry.
- Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities, while providing consultative support throughout the hiring process.
- Stay abreast of market trends and sector developments to better serve our clients and their evolving needs.
- Work in tandem with regional colleagues to meet and exceed our business objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- CEI certification is a must.
- At least 3 years of experience in a comprehensive 360-recruitment agency setting, with a deep understanding of the technical and soft skill requirements for various tech roles.
- A relentless drive to achieve sales targets and a keen eye for identifying talent needs.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a passion for making a tangible impact.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
