Project Coordinator for Interior Design Firm
-Assist the Project Manager in all aspect of project management.
-Responsible for supervise of site works and monitor site progress.
-Update daily progress, weekly progress and monthly progress for project monitors.
-Handling documentation and administrative matters required for commencement of works and project closing.
-Support the Project manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards.
-Support general project administrative work
-To carry out coordination and liaisons with all relevant parties.
-Submission of documents for building access and approval
-Logistics and scheduling planning of workers and vehicles
-Knowledge and skills on use AutoCAD
-Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
-At least 1-2 years related experience
