We are looking for an energetic digital sales executive to join our Motherswork team. This position will work closely across digital operations, merchandising, and online marketing campaigns to deliver seamless online consumer experience and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
- Provide support on entry into new markets and platforms, as well as plan the optimal GMV growth strategy
- Own & optimise the day-to-day e-commerce performance, operations and marketing
- Analyzing & monitoring relevant data to forecast and drive sales, as well as inventory requirements
- Building & managing relationships with an account manager across all e-commerce platforms to improve our online presence
- Responsible for web mastering for online platforms which includes setting up promotions, web banners and any online related activations.
- Ensuring optimum visibility in all e-commerce marketplace by joining campaigns, listing on flash sales, activate supporting features, and all other promotions
- Creating & managing new and existing products that include product description page creation and management, new SKU content creation & all related e-commerce content
- Assist with the development of online marketing materials, including banners, email copywriting and publish engaging content
- Manage inventory for online channels, promotional mechanism (bundles creation, discounts activation, vouchers etc.).

Requirements
- Min 1 year relevant experience in e-commerce
- Experience in a relevant e-commerce marketplace is a plus
- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Hands-on, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven individual looking for growth and exposure across various markets
- Basic salary + commission
