About The Role
Provide counselling service to individuals and families facing family relationship, marital and divorce issues
Provide information and referral service
Conduct other intervention programmes for adults and children impacted by divorce
Provide clinical and administrative supervision regularly to a team of counsellors
Manage end-to-end development and delivery of programmes and reporting/evaluation requirements
Network and collaborate with community partners in the delivery of services
Candidate Requirements:
Technical Competencies:
Degree in Counselling or Social Work
6 yrs of relevant experience in counselling
Experience in supervision
Good command of English language and writing skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good team player
Core Competencies:
Ability in providing assessment and therapeutic intervention
Ability in providing clinical supervision to our staff
Ability in networking with partners for clients and programmes
Ability in planning, conducting and evaluating programmes
