About The Role
Provide counselling service to individuals and families facing family relationship, marital and divorce issues.
Conduct other intervention programmes for adults and children impacted by divorce
Plan and implement other suitable programmes and outreach efforts
Plan and conduct practice research and evaluation
Provide information and referral service
Carry out other administrative duties required by the Agency
Candidate Requirements:
Technical Competencies:
Degree in Counselling or Social Work
3 years relevant experience in counselling
Good command of English language and writing skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good team player
Core Competencies:
Ability in providing assessment and therapeutic intervention
Ability in networking with partners for clients and programmes
Ability in planning, conducting and evaluating programmes
Preferred achievements / characteristics:
Diligence, integrity and resilience
Flexible and steady under pressure
