You will be supporting the sales team in all aspect of the sales processing till completion.
Job Responsibilities
· Coordinate with customers and provide sales support to the sales team
· Prepare and Submit Quotations to Customers and handle the processing of the sales orders
· Assist the sales team in the processing of new customers, updating customer records in the company database
· Collect data to create informative sales presentations
· Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
· Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events/exhibitions
· Assist the sales team in sales collection
· Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
· Monitor the team's project progress
· Any ad-hoc duties assigned (in relation to sales)
Requirements:
· Candidates must possess at least an ‘O' level or above or equivalent in any field
· Those with some technical knowledge preferred
· Minimum 2 years of work experience
· Effective communication and writing skills
· Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
· Customer-centered focus and able to work independently
· Motivated and highly-adaptable
