Assistant Store Manager – Retail (MNC)

Responsibilities

  • In-charge of overall store day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at consistently driving sales volume and achieving store sales targets.
  • Lead and supervise the retail team members to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and effectively address any employee concerns.
  • Responsibly handle and address customer inquiries regarding product, pricing, availability, delivery or any other related matters.
  • Assist in store promotional events and campaigns with the corporate team.
  • Roster planning.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in fashion retail industry preferrably with supervisory experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills
