Role Overview

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our agency. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and client satisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a startup environment and contribute to the agency's expansion.


You will assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. You are responsible for finding potential employers, screening and matching them to clients' available positions. You will create recruiting strategies and work with clients and candidates from the sourcing stage up until the ideal candidate is hired. You will meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets, have an active client-facing role, create and manage recruitment opportunities, and are responsible for the full recruitment life cycle.


You have the skills of salespeople and headhunters. You possess sound judgement and communication aptitude. If you also have strong ethics and a collaborative spirit, we want to meet you. To be successful, you will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner.


Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify top talent.
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to determine suitability for client roles.
  • Job Matching: Match candidates to suitable job opportunities, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.
  • Client Presentation: Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Offer Negotiation: Assist in salary negotiations, facilitate the offer process, and secure candidate acceptance.
  • Onboarding Support (if needed): Provide guidance and support during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for the candidate and client.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed recruitment targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in recruitment is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
