A secret bar hidden within the Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, with more than 300 spirits finished in casks for the bar’s use. These find their way into a lively list of classics and classics-with-a-twist arranged by date, such as the ‘Reversed Gin & Tonic’. There's also a list of rare ‘Vintage Cocktails’ and a tapas selection available all night.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Manages reservations through phone and email, ensuring restaurants are confirmed.
•Responds to guest enquiries and requests.
•Communicating guest information to the team (special requests, occasions) to personalize guests' experience.
•Requests guests for their dining feedback and communicate feedback to the manager.
•Ensures each guest is warmly welcomed.
•Welcomes guests by name and bring them to the designated seats.
•Ensures each guest gets a fond farewell before they leave.
•Assists in building and maintaining a strong guest profile database.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
•Excellent guest relations and service skills.
•Handles guests' requests, concerns and feedback.
•Contributes ideas for operations improvement and guest experience enhancement.
Resourceful in managing ad-hoc requests and resolving challenges.
•Outgoing and friendly.
•Attention to details.
•Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays.
