Job Descriptions:
- Managing all HR administrative duties including Recruitment, Employment, Onboarding, offboarding.
- Handling work pass applications, issuance, cancellations and related security bond & medical insurance purchasing
- Managing training arrangement, CSOC training course, etc.
- Assist on payroll processing
- Maintain all HR records up-to-date with high accuracy and conformity.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferrable 2-3 years of Construction industry background
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and some problem solving skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and take the pressure
