ADMIN COORDINATOR (TRAINING DEPT)

Clean Solutions Pte Ltd

*Office Location: 36 Loyang Crescent, Singapore 508994

*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm


Job Scope / Responsibilities:

  • Perform registration of candidates for training and assessment
  • Liaise with external training providers, service providers and statutory agencies
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions
  • Prepare required training and assessment documents
  • Ensure smooth training process
  • Maintain clear and proper records and documents of training sessions
  • Maintain staff training records
  • Ensure completion of training requirements for all staff
  • Monitor training costs
  • Assist Trainers as required

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality
  • Conversant in at least both English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Words, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Able to communicate with all levels of management
  • Good Interpersonal interaction skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
