Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the acquisition of new business by the Director.
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met and maintained.
- Regularly follow up on and update the status of new business, renewals, and claims with both clients and insurance providers.
- Manage basic monthly accounting tasks, including issuing payments and commissions and reconciling bank statements.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new hires through the company's platform.
- Handle correspondences such as emails, messages, and phone calls.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirement:
- Able to work independently and have initiatives
- Able to converse in both English and Mandarin
- Fast learner and able to work in fast paced environment
