Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and facility policies and procedures are observed and followed.
- Schedule frequent internal audits to ensure operations comply with all SOP’s, Quality policies, procedures, and test methods.
- Work with and provide support to the incoming material receiving team to maintain an excellent quality workflow.
- Manage the root cause and corrective action process, collaborating with operations to ensure effective and permanent corrective actions are implemented to address quality issues.
- Monitor internal and external Corrective Action Report status with root cause analysis.
- Provide solutions to unresolved quality problems and oversee the implementation of these solutions.
- Coordinate audits by external bodies, ensuring that the Company is well-prepared for the audits.
- Plan and execute internal audits according to procedures.
- Support QA Engineer/Executive for ISO document preparation.
- Master new measuring equipment using methods and train the team.
- Ensure all measuring equipment's calibration as per interval frequency and meet the standard requirements.
- Determine inspection critical points based on customer’s drawing & product spec for new projects.
Other Preferred Skills
- Well-versed in MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teammates.
- Positive attitude, ability to multitask.
- Capability to independently analyze and resolve quality issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with 8D and 5W problem solving methodology.
- Experience in data management or analysis
Experience, Qualification & Education Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management/Engineering/Manufacturing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance & ISO System.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with business associates.
