Work & Responsibilities:
- Prepare innovative and functional architectural, interior, or industrial concepts, design development, detail/ construction drawings.
- Preparation of formal Presentation of Design Proposal to client
- Coordination with project consultants and preparation of Drawings (2D and 3D) during feasibility studies, design development, Tender and Construction stages.
- Coordination with Contractor on design details, material submission for approval and technical matters during Construction stage.
- Attend related project meetings and inspect work on site when necessary.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUP, Photoshop, Revit (or other relevant design software) and PowerPoint for presentation.
- Ability to adapt to changing project demands and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible working mindset in designing to accommodate varying project needs.
- Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage.
- Possess excellent technical design skills with an eye for details.
- Keen eye for aesthetics, sensitive in details design with a good knowledge of building materials.
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience will be preferred.
