DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To meet and visit clients/potential clients regularly to present Telecommunication solutions and products update.
- To constantly cultivate and establish good rapport and relationship with clients
- To prepare quotations/tenders and to liaise with Operation Teams for the smooth delivery of projects.
- To provide sales report to the management as needed
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business.
- Lead and oversee the growth of profitable new business opportunities.
- Pursue and maintain relationships with new and existing customers respectively.
- Develop and execute plans and sales strategies for expanding the business.
- Provide competitor and market analysis to determine the profitability of the company through deployment of strategic and tactical sales strategies.
- Support the implementation of events such as product launches, trade exhibitions, seminars, workshops, product demonstrations, etc.
- Develop opportunities in target markets in support of marketing
- Nurturing and developing relationships with key customer accounts
- Providing specialist advice on the products and/or services you’re selling
- Communicate & build a strong relationship with clients
- Develop marketing strategy
- Direct Support to team manager
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Presenting to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities
- To work in close collaboration with the management team for complex large pitches and strategies.
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals or any further documentation
- Interact with other departments including the account management and technical team when handing over campaigns ensuring you fully and correctly brief in all aspects of the sale.
