Sales Coordinator | CCTV, Security, A/V & Sound Systems | Kaki Bukit
- Location: Kaki Bukit (Office) 5-Days work week
- Working hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
- Salary: S$2,000 - $ 2,800 (depends on exp)
Job Scope:
- Direct reporting to Sales Manager for daily paper works, co-ordination, and other assigned jobs.
- Answering phone calls, do filing, check and print e-mails.
- Printing of tender specifications and drawings, pick up the quantities from drawings.
- Assisting in compilation of catalogues and presentation slides.
- Extend quotation for existing tenders to clients.
- Co-ordination work with suppliers and clients for samples and catalogue submission.
- Co-ordination with project team on confirm projects for execution.
Requirements:
- Able to work overtime when require.
- Able to start work immediate or within short notice
