As a Service Delivery Manager for APJ, you will be required to assist our clients in variety of their concerns to support and resolve issues effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Change management experience : Finalize Change Advisory Board Governance & support on needed trainings to be delivered across IT Organizations
- Participate in global governance and change management supporting several IT divisions
- Support Digital projects, roll-outs including localizations and support.
- Converge Operational Changes & DevopsChanges in terms of processes and in ServiceNow
- Finalize Patching Strategy & ensure the change mgt plan
- Activate relevant features of ServiceNow Change Mgt (eg: black out windows, CAB Workbench..) and ensure the change mgt plan
- Change management: set up, realize and animate training plans, provide assistance to users
- Customer communication and management skill/experience is requested for both Senior AMS and Tech Lead
- Team management skill and experience is requested for Tech Lead.
Profile
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors in Engineering or Business
- Experience working in several roles in Mobile, Web and API’s development projects.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience IT Service Delivery (including Incident, Problem. Change, Service Request, Knowledge, Service Level Management)
- Experienced in ServiceNow in order to activate relevant features of ServiceNow (eg: Change Mgt - black out windows, CAB Workbench..)
- Devopsknowledgeable
- Technical knowledge in various technology and project management tools.
- Have been exposed to multi projects implementation and support.
- Motivated, with good interpersonal and editorial skills, you are recognized for your rigor, your analytical capacity and your strength of proposal.
- Experience in supporting different business units and stakeholders and countries
- Prior working experience in distributed and MNC
- Good command over English.
- Should have excellent Problem-Solving Skills
