Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in clients and respond to email queries
- Maintain office environment & hygiene
- Purchase and replenish office / pantry / cleaning / stationery / employee uniforms & supplies
- Manage mailing and dispatch / logistics services
- Manage asset management, arrange quotes for office repairs and maintenance
- Maintain proper filing mechanisms
- Coordinate and oversee travel arrangements
- Organize birthday celebrations, team-building events, and annual company events
- Manage customer greetings and gifts during festive seasons
- Handle all aspects of the merchants' relationship, including escalations and assistance for any disputes or complaints
- Conduct and collect customer reviews after sales
- Post updates on social media (LinkedIn)
- Social media / news collation
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in office administration or a related field
- Knowledge of office management and customer service principles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and within a team
