Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintaining and organizing records, files, and documents.
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Providing administrative assistance to various departments and staff members.
  • Managing employee records and handling basic HR-related tasks.
  • Processing invoices, expense reports, and managing petty cash.
  • Overseeing office technology, including computers, printers, and other equipment.
  • Troubleshooting basic technical issues or coordinating with IT support.
  • Organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinating logistics, catering, and other event-related details.

Requirements

  • A BachelorĀ“s Degree in Business Administration/Maritime Studies or any related field
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal knowledge of the English language
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
