Responsibilities
- Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
- Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
- Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
- Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
- Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
Requirements
- Basic knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc), microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), local candidates.
- Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Candidate who does not have sufficient relevant experience may be considered as long as they possess a willing to learn attitude.
- Candidates must be comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel.
