Our client seeking an experienced to help set up this new store. This includes sourcing and purchasing premium tea and related items, creating an inviting store layout, hiring and training personnel, formulating marketing plans, managing stock and budget, and ensuring a remarkable tea culture experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Develop and implement the store layout and all operational aspects
- Source and acquire top-quality tea and associated products
- Hire and educate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and knowledge about our tea products
- Formulate promotional strategies to boost the store’s visibility and sales
- Oversee inventory and budget to maintain profitability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment
- Implement changes based on customer feedback to enhance store operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in retail management, with a strong background in selling Chinese Tea
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in tea culture
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets
