Job Description:
■Financial Reports and data management
-Preparing the financial summary reports to the Management, based on the various financial documents submitted by subsidiaries and regional offices.
-Analyse current and past financial data and performance.
-Create any material to satisfy various purposes as required.
-Report to Manager and Management on monthly or required basis.
-Manage financial related data and the database.
-Reporting Business Plan by using BI applications.
■Corporate Planning
-Prepare the documents for corporate business strategy based on management instructions.
-Incorporation information obtained from group companies and regional offices into the business plan.
-Support to develop presentation material for Management.
■Internal Control
-Support in preparation of Internal Audit for HQ.
-Coordinate for group companies BOD meeting
■Subsidiaries Management
-Coordination with group companies for any report to HQ
■Other Corporate Tasks
-Assist to organize any meetings where necessary.
-Collect market and competitor’s data and do the analysis for business planning.
Job Requirements:
■Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:
-A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
-Minimum 4-5 years working experience
-Minimum 2-3 years experience in corporate planning or accounting function.
-Working experience in construction or Engineering industries are advantages.
■Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
-Excellent attitude to adopt yourself to difficulties, changes and various requests.
-Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and ability to adopt to any software and system to maintain financial data.
-Strong skill in analysing financial current and past data.
-Strong skill in organizing various resources of information.
-Strong time management in multiple tasks concurrently required.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
