Location: East (Geylang Bahru MRT)
5 Days Work Week
Salary: Up to $4,500
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Handle partial set of accounts.
- Follow up on overdue accounts.
- Prepare quarterly GST returns.
- Reconcile intercompany transactions and creditor accounts.
- Manage daily account management tasks (accounts payable and accounts receivable)
Sales Admin Support Responsibilities:
- Process customers' purchase orders
- Verify and validate orders' configurations.
- Ensure accurate input of purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes into the system.
- Coordinate with headquarters and customers on delivery schedules
- Manage equipment loan requests from customers.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or LCCI qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks will be a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to negotiate lead times for orders
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with numbers
