JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Facilitate construction of 3D model and prepare drawings using BIM and CAD software.
- Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect.
- Be familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinates the process of generating and managing digital models of places that help with decision-making during the building process.
- Collaborate and support the design and project team to ensure all models are compatible and to achieve BIM deliverables as required.
- Preparation of artist impression of 3D rendering with good lighting effect and preparation of presentation.
- Coordinate and attend meeting with clients/consultants/contractors if required.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of BIM software including Revit, AutoCAD etc.
- Knowledge of Authorities' requirements and overall project process
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
