Our flagship project will bring together a 360 ͦ engagement ecosystem for youths in deep tech – from challenges and bootcamps to learning and research opportunities, and internships.

With the growing relevance of space-based science and technologies, it will be the go-to deep tech platform for youths, touching a wide range of industry verticals, including robotics, cybersecurity, life sciences, satellite and space tech, and sustainability – a reflection of the growing ubiquity of space and its growing impact in our world.



Role Overview

The Project Manager will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing a range of educational initiatives and courses. This position involves close collaboration with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and the client services team to ensure that our programmemes meet the highest standards of delivery.



Responsibilities & Tasks

Programme Development & Delivery

1. Programme Development: Lead the planning and development of training programmes, including defining learning objectives, curriculum development, and selecting delivery methods (e.g., in-person, online).

2. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure alignment and address any programme-related concerns.

3. Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including the assignment of instructors and coordination of instructional materials, to ensure programmes are delivered efficiently and effectively.

4. Budget Management: Develop and oversee the programme budget, ensuring that all financial objectives are met and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that training content is up-to-date, relevant, and delivered in an engaging and effective manner.

6. Evaluation and Reporting: Design and implement evaluation tools to measure programme effectiveness and learner outcomes. Provide regular reports to senior management on programme progress, challenges, and achievements.

7. Vendor and Technology Management: Oversee the selection and management of vendors and technology platforms essential for programme delivery, ensuring they meet our needs for scalability, reliability, and user experience.


Strategic Marketing

8. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the target audience's needs, preferences, and behaviors. This includes analyzing competitors, identifying market trends, and understanding the overall industry landscape.

9. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the project's objectives. This involves setting marketing goals, defining target audiences, and determining the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion).

10. Branding and Messaging: Develop and maintain the project's brand identity, including messaging, tone, and visual elements. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

11. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content across various formats (blogs, social media posts, newsletters, press releases, etc.) to engage the target audience and communicate the project's value proposition.

12. Digital Marketing: Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, SEO/SEM, online advertising). Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results.

13. Social Media Management: Manage social media profiles related to the project, including content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics. Utilize social media to build a community around the project and foster interaction with the target audience.

14. Event Marketing: Plan and execute marketing events, such as webinars, conferences, and product launches, to promote the project. This includes event planning, promotion, coordination, and post-event follow-up.



Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, STEM from a reputable university

- Proven experience in project management, specifically in the development and implementation of training programmes.

- Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
