Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure all the financial information and accounting data are accurate and accounted for in the general ledger
• Review monthly, quarterly, and yearly actual reporting in the group consolidation tool
• Responsible to update Lease contract information into group software for IFRS 16 management
• Review and analyze cash positions and cash flow forecasts to ensure an optimal level of cash
• Support department heads with the Vendor on Boarding Process
• Support statutory audits, tax audit and month close activities and internal control matters.
• Prepare and submit the needed for budgeting and forecast exercise
• Coordinate for Corporate Secretarial and legal matters for a few countries within SEA
• Ability to manage and ensure appropriate work processes are adopted, discipline in adhering to strict reporting timelines
• Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad hoc or otherwise as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting
• At least eight years of progressive working experience in a (retail, wholesale, consumer goods, F&B) group with proven management accounting expertise.
• Experience with managing finance matters on SEA markets will be a strong advantage
• Experience with complex integrated ERP deployments such as SAP and Esker
• Demonstrable knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Sharp analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
