- Lead and manage the finance team, overseeing all aspects of reporting and operations.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of IFRS17 to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the finance department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and achieve organizational objectives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in finance management, with a strong focus on IFRS17.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
