Job Description:
· Process end-to-end payroll for a large organisation (with 2 payroll cycles a month), including but not limited to,
o submission of monthly CPF and refunds,
o submission of Government Paid Leave claims,
o processing medical/dental claims from employees,
o ensuring accuracy of bank details and timely submission of bank files,
o providing payroll GL to the finance team for reconciliation,
o pro-ration of salary for new hires and resignees,
o filing for resignees according to internal procedures
· Timely filing of IR21 clearance (for foreign resignees) and annual IR8A submission to IRAS and generate e-IR8A report to all employees
· Correspond with HR team to retrieve data and inputs necessary for relevant pay elements
· Support and implement improvements to system enhancement and payroll processes for better efficiency and compliance to statutory regulations
· Manage system set-up for payroll-related processes
· Maintain a secured archival of payroll files to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises
· Provide support for internal & external audit on payroll matters
· Serves as an internal and external resource on payroll-related inquiries
· Attend to all employee inquiries such as Employee Benefits, Payroll, Leaves, Insurance (medical & WICA) related matters
Requirements
- Min NITEC / Diploma in any courses
- MIn 5 years of payroll experience
