2. Supervise and coach branch managers to improve the operation performance, train and develop reserve managemen1t personnel;
3. Coordinate and complete the opening of new regional stores;
4. Check the business performance of the store.
Job Description
1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant;
2. Provide excellent customer service, maintain great customer relations and setting a standard for all employees;
3. Assist in optimizing the revenue and overall profitability of the Restaurant, including budgeting stock control;
4. Rostering of staff schedule for full utilization of manpower and labor cost control;
5. Accountable for the daily settlements and ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded;
6. Documentation of sales and operation reports, as well as collating summary of monthly financial reports to monitor sales performance;
7. Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements including renewal of licenses;
8. Evaluate & suggest improvements to enhance productivity and performance
Manage recruitment, training, motivation and discipline of all employees through ongoing performance appraisals;
9. Ensure strict employee compliance to SOPs, sanitation and safety standards
Upkeep a positive work environment and handle any internal conflicts objectively and calmly;
10. Promote the brand through company’s social media platforms and responding to enquiries & feedback efficiently;
11. Confer & negotiate packages offered to potential wedding clients and meeting or exceeding their expectations;
12. Monitor wedding-day activities & work closely with the Kitchen to ensure events run smoothly and timely;
13. Handle customer complaints professionally and take appropriate corrective actions for service recovery;
14. Upkeeping of outlet’s equipment and furniture and ensure all are in optimal working condition;
15. Maintain and correct the quality and quantity of food & beverages served to customers.
Job Requirements
1. Min 2 years of managerial experience in F&B or relevant industry
2. Diploma or above
3. Must possess a still-valid Basic Food Hygiene Certification
4. Familiar with Restaurant POS, Tablets and Terminals for Online/App orders
5. Proficient in MS Office
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral & written
7. A good team player with excellent leadership skills
8. Great managerial and organization skills with a good eye for detail
9. Display a strong sense of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of work
10. Able to accommodate F&B schedule (Weekends & PH)
